¹ Additional charge may apply if there is an excessive number of dishes. If an additional charge is required to complete the service, the client will be contacted by a Gruene Clean representative to obtain consent. If consent is not granted, In-home Service Agent will wash a satisfactory number of dishes and the remainder will be left in the sink, and/or dishes will be loaded into the dishwasher to be machine washed.

² Laundry is charged on a per load basis and includes washing, drying, and folding of the load. In-home Service Agent will only wash the number of loads requested on the work order. If additional loads of laundry need to be done, client should contact Gruene Clean directly to add additional loads to the work order.

³ Walls will be cleaned as high as an In-home Service Agent can reach while standing on the supplied two-step stool. For safety and liability reasons, In-home Services Agents are never permitted to climb on or stand on anything higher than the supplied two-step stool.

⁴ Additional charge will apply if cabinets and drawers need to be emptied by an In-home Service Agent. If additional charge is required to complete the service, the client will be contacted by a Gruene Clean representative to obtain consent. If consent is not granted, In-home Service Agent will NOT remove any dishes from cabinets or drawers but will satisfactorily clean around objects in drawers and cabinets.
